SHORT DESCRIPTION: Update - 2026 Annual Constraint Management Plans (CMPs) Review

INTENDED AUDIENCE: Transmission Operators (TOs) and/or Resource Entities (REs), and NERC-registered Generator Operators (GOPs) and Transmission Operators (TOPs) with Transmission Facilities impacted by existing Constraint Management Plans (CMP) or CMPs proposals.

DAYS AFFECTED: April 23, 2026

LONG DESCRIPTION: ERCOT updated the final study case and requests any comments or submissions on CMP proposals based on the revised Annual CMP case by April 23, 2026.

ERCOT has posted a revised final study case that will be used for the Annual CMPs review on the secure Market Information System (MIS) Transmission page under the Grid section titled  the Submitted Remedial Action Schemes (RASs) and Constraint Management Plans (CMPs) report (EMIL ID NP3-614-M, Report ID 11419).

Any comments on CMP proposals should be submitted by end of April 23, 2026. All correspondence related to the 2026 Annual CMPs Review must be sent to ras_cmp@ercot.com.

ERCOT received three proposals for new PCAPs. The proposed PCAPs are being reviewed by ERCOT as a part of the 2026 s Annual CMPs Review.

ACTION REQUIRED: Review the study case and provide any comments and/or new CMP proposals to ras_cmp@ercot.com by end of April 23, 2026.
