SHORT DESCRIPTION: Sixth Amended Notification of Suspension of Operations of a Generation Resource (NSO) - Chisholm Grid, LLC (CHISMGRD_BES1, CHISMGRD_LD1)

DAY AFFECTED: September 16, 2025 to October 16, 2025

LONG DESCRIPTION: On August 20, 2025, ERCOT received a sixth amended NSO from Chisholm Grid, LLC for the following Generation Resources:

• Chisholm Grid LLC (CHISMGRD_BES1, CHISMGRD_LD1).

The sixth amended NSO revises the suspension start date provided in the February 13, 2025, fifth amended NSO from September 16, 2025, to October 16, 2025. 

Because ERCOT has already determined that the Resources are not required to support ERCOT transmission system reliability for the period of suspension defined in the original NSO (see Market Notice M-C102023-03), no further study or determination is required.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Pursuant to ERCOT Protocol section 3.14.1.2(1), ERCOT has posted the sixth amended NSO on the ERCOT website, where NSOs may be accessed.
