LONG DESCRIPTION: ERCOT posted and then removed the Real-Time Market Consolidated Operating Day Extracts (RTM CODE) on May 27th and May 28th due to issues with incomplete data sets following the 2026-R5 on-cycle release. The original extracts postings were missing several expected table sets for their associated operating days. This issue was the result of a configuration and performance update in the extract generation application. Due to this, the following operating dates and postings have been affected:
- Operating Days for Initials: May 21 - May 23, 2026
- 05/21/2026 Initial was posted on 05/27/2026 and removed on 05/28/2026. It was rerun and reposted on 05/29/2026 and posted within the allowable protocol timeline.
- UPDATE: Files were reposted at approximately 9:30 AM.
- Both 05/22/2026 and 05/23/2026 Initials were posted and removed on 05/28/2026. They are being rerun and reposted and are expected to post within the allowable protocol timeframe.
- UPDATE: Both files have been rerun and reposted. 05/22/2026 reposted at approximately 3:45 PM. 05/23/2026 reposted at approximately 6:30 PM.
- Operating Day for Final: April 2, 2026
- 04/02/2026 Final was posted on 05/27/2026 and removed on 05/28/2026. It is currently being rerun and will be reposted LATE as it is outside of the protocol time for delivery.
- UPDATE: Files were reposted at approximately 3:45 PM.
- Operating Day for True-Ups: November 28, 2025
- 11/28/2025 True-up was posted on 05/27/2026 and removed on 05/28/2026. It is currently being rerun and will be reposted LATE as it is outside of the protocol time for delivery.
- UPDATE: Files were reposted at approximately 3:45 PM.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: All extracts runs are operating as expected and posting to the Market Information System (MIS) certified area.
ACTION REQUIRED: ERCOT has removed all impacted products. Please ensure that the data loaded to your database aligns to the replaced and full data sets. Any uploaded data from the incomplete files should be replaced.
