SHORT DESCRIPTION: 55th Annual ERCOT Membership Meeting to be held on December 8, 2025

LONG DESCRIPTION: ERCOT is legally required to hold an annual Membership meeting. The 55th Annual ERCOT Membership Meeting (Meeting) is scheduled for December 8, 2025, and will be conducted in person at the Austin Marriott Downtown - Waller Ballroom, 304 E Cesar Chavez Street, Austin, Texas 78701. The evening schedule is as follows:

• Registration / Reception: 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
• Meeting: 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
• Extended Social Reception: 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Essential business during the Meeting will include: (1) a review of the 2024 Annual Membership Meeting Minutes; and (2) an announcement of the 2026 Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) Representatives, pending confirmation by the Board of Directors.  

The ERCOT Board Chair and ERCOT President and CEO are expected to provide brief comments to the Corporate Members. There will also be one speaker from ERCOT Membership and two keynote speakers.

Additional details regarding the Meeting, including the Meeting Invitation/Agenda and RSVP survey, will be emailed to Corporate Members.
