SHORT DESCRIPTION: Reliability analysis determination for Gregory Power Partners LLC (LGE_LGE_GT1, LGE_LGE_GT2, LGE_LGE_STG)

INTENDED AUDIENCE: All ERCOT Market Participants

DAY AFFECTED: March 1, 2027

LONG DESCRIPTION: On October 1, 2026, ERCOT received a Notification of Suspension of Operations (NSO) for the following Generation Resources:

• Gregory Power Partners LLC (LGE_LGE_GT1, LGE_LGE_GT2, LGE_LGE_STG)

The NSO indicates that, as of March 1, 2027, the Resource Entity will temporarily suspend operation of the Resources for a period of not less than 11 months and not greater than 12 months due to some reason other than a Forced Outage. The NSO further indicates that the Resources have a Summer Seasonal Net Max Sustainable Rating of 145 MW, 145 MW, and 97 MW and a Summer Seasonal Net Minimum Sustainable Rating of 105 MW, 105 MW, and 5 MW.

Pursuant to requirements under ERCOT Protocols Section 3.14.1.2 (3), ERCOT is issuing a determination that these Generation Resources are not required to support ERCOT transmission system reliability and may temporarily suspend operation according to the schedule in the NSO.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: ERCOT has posted the analysis performed to arrive at its determination on the Generation page of the Market Information System (MIS) Secure Area.  An ERCOT Digital Certificate is required to access the MIS.
