SHORT DESCRIPTION: Notification of Suspension of Operations (NSO) for Gregory Power Partners LLC (LGE_LGE_GT1, LGE_LGE_GT2, LGE_LGE_STG)

INTENDED AUDIENCE: ERCOT Market Participants

DAYS AFFECTED: Comments Due October 22, 2026

LONG DESCRIPTION: On October 1, 2026, ERCOT received an NSO for the following Resources:

• Gregory Power Partners LLC (LGE_LGE_GT1, LGE_LGE_GT2, LGE_LGE_STG))

The NSO indicates that, as of March 1, 2027, the Resource Entity will temporarily suspend operation of the Resources for a period of not less than 11 months and not greater than 12 months due to some reason other than a Forced Outage. The NSO further indicates that the Resources have a Summer Seasonal Net Max Sustainable Rating of 145, 145 and 97 MW and a Summer Seasonal Net Minimum Sustainable Rating of 105, 105 and 5 MW. 

Pursuant to ERCOT Protocol section 3.14.1.2(1), ERCOT has posted the NSO on the ERCOT website, where NSOs may be accessed.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Please send any comments you may have regarding the NSO to RMRcomments@ercot.com, with "Gregory Power Partners LLC (LGE_LGE_GT1, LGE_LGE_GT2, LGE_LGE_STG) NSO" in the subject line.  Comments are due no later than October 22, 2026. All comments will be posted to the Generation page of the MIS Secure Area.
