SHORT DESCRIPTION: RIOO Off-cycle Release

INTENDED AUDIENCE: All Market Participants (User Security Administrators (USAs), Resource Entities, TDSPs)

DAYS AFFECTED: September 04, 2026, 20:00 - 21:30

LONG DESCRIPTION: The Resource Integration and Ongoing Operations (RIOO) system will be unavailable on September 04, 2026, 20:00 - 21:30 to deploy off-cycle release changes. This release includes only changes related to a new platform within RIOO to intake information related to verification of certain Large Loads in Batch Zero (Batch Zero Verification RFI) and to obtain certain information about the state and community impacts of data center facilities requesting to interconnect at 25 MW or more (Community Impact RFI). The changes will not modify other parts of RIOO.

ERCOT will issue future Market Notices after the Batch Zero Verification RFI and the Community Impact RFI are issued.
