SHORT DESCRIPTION: Notification of Suspension of Operations (NSO) for Hoefs Road LLC (HRBESS_BESS, HRBESS_LD2)

INTENDED AUDIENCE: All Market Participants

DAYS AFFECTED: March 4, 2024

LONG DESCRIPTION:  On June 13, 2025, ERCOT received an NSO for the following Generation Resources:

• Hoefs Road LLC (HRBESS_BESS, HRBESS_LD2)

The NSO indicates that on March 4, 2024, the Generation Resources experienced a Forced Outage.  As a result of the Forced Outage, the Generation Resources were decommissioned and retired permanently. The NSO further indicates that the Generation Resources had a summer Seasonal Net Max Sustainable Rating of 2.2 MW, and a summer Seasonal Net Minimum Sustainable Rating of 0 MW.

The Generation Resources will not be evaluated for RMR status.

Pursuant to ERCOT Protocol section 3.14.1.2(1), ERCOT has posted the NSO on the ERCOT website, where NSOs may be accessed.
