SHORT DESCRIPTION: Reliability analysis determination for CPS Energy (B_DAVIS_B_DAVIGl)

DAY AFFECTED: June 26, 2026

LONG DESCRIPTION: On May 29, 2026, ERCOT received a Notification of Suspension of Operations (NSOs) for the following Generation Resource:

• CPS Energy (B_DAVIS_B_DAVIGl)

The NSO indicates that on August 18, 2025, the Generation Resource experienced a Forced Outage. As a result of the Forced Outage, CPS Energy intends to decommission and retire the Resource permanently.

Pursuant to ERCOT Protocol Section 3.14.1.2, ERCOT has been working on concluding its reliability analysis and will need additional time to complete the assessment.
