SHORT DESCRIPTION: Notification of Suspension of Operations (NSO) for CPS Energy (B_DAVIS_B_DAVIGl)

INTENDED AUDIENCE: ERCOT Market Participants

DAY AFFECTED: Comments Due June 19, 2026

LONG DESCRIPTION: On May 29, 2026, ERCOT received an NSO for the following Generation Resource:

•  CPS Energy (B_DAVIS_B_DAVIGl)

The NSO indicates that on August 18, 2025, the Generation Resource experienced a Forced Outage.  As a result of the Forced Outage, CPS Energy intends to decommission and retire the Resource permanently. The NSO further indicates that the Generation Resource have a Summer Seasonal Net Max Sustainable Rating of 292 MW and a Summer Seasonal Net Minimum Sustainable Rating of 55 MW. 

Pursuant to ERCOT Protocol section 3.14.1.2(1), ERCOT has posted the NSO on the ERCOT website, where NSOs may be accessed.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Please send any comments you may have regarding the NSO to RMRcomments@ercot.com, with "CPS Energy (B_DAVIS_B_DAVIGl) NSO" in the subject line.  Comments are due no later than June 19, 2026  All comments will be posted to the Generation page of the MIS Secure Area.
