SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Delayed release of credit for 2027.2nd6.AnnualAuction.Seq4

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  CRR Account Holders, Counter-Parties and CRRAH settlement personnel

DAY AFFECTED:  February 5, 2026

LONG DESCRIPTION:  Credit release for the 2027.2nd6.AnnualAuction.Seq4, scheduled for Thursday, February 5, 2026, will be delayed by at least one day. The Off-peak Time Of Use (TOU) optimization exceeded a conventional engine parameter which caused it to stop before returning a valid solution. The engine parameter was amended, and the Off-peak TOU case was restarted. Delays for results posting and auction invoices are dependent on the auction TOU completion. When the Off-peak TOU completes, a follow-up Market Notice will be sent with details regarding posting of results, credit release, and auction invoices.
