SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Updated CRR Network Model files for the 2028.1st6.AnnualAuction.Seq5

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  CRR Account Holders

DAY AFFECTED:  January 23, 2026

LONG DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT has updated the Sources and Sinks files within the Congestion Revenue Right (CRR) Auction Network Model for the 2028.1st6.AnnualAuction.Seq5. Settlement Point APPLE_RN has been removed for all six (6) months of the auction period. This change was necessary due to a topology change in the network model.

The updated files are available on the Market Information System (MIS) Secure Area.
