SHORT DESCRIPTION: Sunset Details of NPRR1177, Enhance Exceptional Fuel Cost Process

LONG DESCRIPTION: On January 1, 2025, Protocol language associated with NPRR1177, Enhance Exceptional Fuel Cost Process, will be sunset.  

NPRR1177 enables Generation Resources to file Exceptional Fuel Costs that include contractual cost and pipeline-mandated costs, and enhances the process for ERCOT and the Independent Market Monitor (IMM) to verify these costs.  This NPRR provided a temporary solution that leveraged the existing Exceptional Fuel Cost processes to include the ability to include contractual costs. 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Pursuant to Nodal Protocol Section 21.6, Nodal Protocol Revision Implementation, ERCOT is required to provide notice as soon as practicable, but no later than ten days prior to implementation.
