SHORT DESCRIPTION: RTC+B: Implementation of Market-facing changes for December 05, 2025
INTENDED AUDIENCE: All Market Participants
DAYS AFFECTED: December 05, 2025
LONG DESCRIPTION: This implementation will occur during the late evening hours of December 4, 2025, leading up to and through the midnight cutover going into December 5, 2025. ERCOT systems may experience intermittent service interruptions during the implementation period. The systems include, but are not limited to:
- Components of the ERCOT Market Information System (MIS), including:
- Report publishing to MIS
- Downloading of extracts and reports from MIS and External Web Services (EWS)
- ERCOT.com dashboards and displays
- ERCOT Data Access Portal product availability (Public API) - and
- Market Participant Identity Management (MPIM)
- Market submissions and requests via Web Services, Market Manager, and Outage Scheduler
- Net Dependable Capability and Reactive Capability (NDCRC)
- ERCOT Interconnection Services (RIOO) - https://sa.ercot.com/rioo-rs/
- Current Day Report (CDR) report publishing and downloading, which may cause the following reports to be unavailable:
- SCED and RTD Reports
- NSA Active and Inactive Constraint Reports
- State Estimator Reports
- Real-Time Dynamic Rating Data Reports
- Wind Power Production - Actual 5-Minute Averaged Values
- Solar Power Production - Actual 5-Minute Averaged Values
- SOL Exceedance report
