SHORT DESCRIPTION: Implementation of Net Dependable Capability and Reactive Capability (NDCRC) changes for August 23, 2024

INTENDED AUDIENCE: Qualified Scheduling Entities (QSEs), Resource Entities (REs)

DAYS AFFECTED: August 23, 2024

LONG DESCRIPTION: The NDCRC application available in the Market Information System (MIS) will be unavailable from 10:30 am to 11:30 am on August 23, 2024 for a deployment update. This deployment will implement the following changes:

- QSE certified as having either a QSE_W or QSE_R role will be able to directly login to NDCRC to access and submit test requests without depending on RE certifications. 

- Users accessing NDCRC with an RE certification (i.e., NDCRC_RE role) will not be able to access QSE Test Request displays after this release.

- Physical Units of Combined Cycle plants will appear in the dropdown on the test request form along with Combined Cycle configurations.

- Main QSEs will be able to view/access and submit QSE test requests for sub QSE resources.
