SHORT DESCRIPTION: Termination of the Unregistered DG Installed Capacity Quarterly Report and Associated NOIE Data Submission Requirements

INTENDED AUDIENCE: Non-Opt-In Entities (NOIEs) along with Other Interested Market Participants

DAYS AFFECTED: Ongoing

LONG DESCRIPTION: ERCOT is providing notice that it is no longer publishing the Unregistered DG Installed Capacity Quarterly Reports in line with elimination of this reporting requirement per NPRR1265, Unregistered Distributed Generator. Consequently, Non-Opt-In Entities (NOIEs) are no longer required to submit quarterly data submissions as previously specified in Nodal Protocols Section 3.2.5.1, Unregistered Distributed Generator Reporting Requirements for Non-Opt-In Entities.

ACTION REQUIRED: NOIEs should immediately stop sending quarterly Unregistered DG data submissions to ERCOT due to the elimination of the reporting requirement.
