LONG DESCRIPTION: As required by the Electric Reliability Organization (ERO) Fee Assessment and Collection Guide, Section 3.2, ERCOT will post Adjusted Metered Load (AML) data for each Load Serving Entity (LSE) by August 1 for the previous calendar year for use in calculating the Net Energy for Load (NEL) for the following year (January 1 through December 31). The 2025 AML data was posted on July 22, 2026.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: The ERO Fee Assessment LSE Share Report (EMIL ID COMS-805-M, Report Type ID 1036) can be found on the Market Information System (MIS), under Markets/Data Aggregation section. This is a certified report and requires a digital certificate to access.
