INTENDED AUDIENCE: All Market Participants (User Security Administrators (USAs), Resource Entities, TDSPs)

DAYS AFFECTED: July 10, 2026, 14:00 - 20:00

LONG DESCRIPTION: The Resource Integration and Ongoing Operations (RIOO) system will be unavailable on July 10, 2026 from 14:00 PM to 20:00 PM to deploy off-cycle release changes. This release includes few back end design updates, functionality updates (INR workflow enhancements, ability for Market User to select Operational Substation with an INR) and defect fixes.
