SHORT DESCRIPTION: Net Dependable Capability and Reactive Capability (NDCRC) tech refresh changes released to the ERCOT Market Operations Test Environment (MOTE)

LONG DESCRIPTION: The NDCRC application has been updated to run on a modernized technology stack to improve its security posture. No changes to the application's core functionality or existing user experience are planned as a result of this tech refresh.  End users should continue using the application as they normally would after the cutover date . Ahead of the planned production release on July 15, users are encouraged to regression test NDCRC submissions against this application build to verify expected functionality. Digital Certificates for use with MOTE NDCRC can be obtained by your User Security Administrator (USA) at https://testmis.ercot.com/midm. Users may enter the MOTE NDCRC environment by navigating to  https://testmis.ercot.com/ndcrc/Home.do or clicking the NDCRC quick launch icon from the "Applications" page in the testmis portal.
