SHORT DESCRIPTION: Batch Zero submissions of Dynamic Model files to ERCOT for July 10, 2026 deadline

INTENDED AUDIENCE: Interconnecting Large Load Customers and other interested stakeholders

DAYS AFFECTED: July 10, 2026

LONG DESCRIPTION: For Interconnecting Large Load Entities (ILLEs) intending to qualify for inclusion in the Batch Zero Interconnection Study, Section 9.2.2(3) of PGRR145 requires submission of dynamic models to ERCOT on or before July 10, 2026.  ERCOT defines this deadline as the ILLE having submitted the required information to BatchZero@ercot.com by July 10, 2026 by 23:59 CDT.

If an ILLE's dynamic data submission to the BatchZero@ercot.com mailbox is not initially successful, the ILLE should submit another email to BatchZero@ERCOT.com without any attachments and request link to upload the model. If the email to submit models or the email requesting a link is received to the BatchZero@ercot.com inbox by July 10, 2026 23:59 CDT, the timing of the submission requirement is met.  ERCOT will provide further technical support on Monday, July 13, 2026 to assist in completing the technical submissions by close of business.
