SHORT DESCRIPTION: Resolved: Outage which impacted Market Submissions through API

DAYS AFFECTED: June 18, 2026 04:00 AM - 03:53 PM

LONG DESCRIPTION: ERCOT resolved the system issue affecting Day-Ahead and Real-Time market submissions through API, at 3:53 PM on June 18, 2026. The Day-Ahead Market submissions were impacted partially from 4:00 AM to 1:45 PM. The Real-Time market submissions were impacted partially from 4:00 AM to 3:53 PM.

ERCOT's External Web Service (EWS) encountered a system issue that led to this disruption. A configuration change was implemented within EWS to fully resolve the problem.
