SHORT DESCRIPTION: 60-Day SCED Disclosure Report: Nulls converted to Zeros within the 60-Day SCED Resource AS Offers output files

DAYS AFFECTED: Operating Days (OD) December 5, 2025 - February 2, 2026

LONG DESCRIPTION: ERCOT has resolved an issue impacting the NP3-965-ER 60-Day Security-Constrained Economic Dispatch (SCED) Disclosure Report (Report ID 13052). The 60-Day SCED Resource AS Offers output files were converting null into zeros for every AS Sub-Type Offer Price within the file. This issue affects files posted to the ERCOT website for OD December 5, 2025 through OD February 2, 2026. 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: ERCOT will issue a follow-up Market Notice confirming the posting for supplemental files. All files posted April 4,2026 forward reflect the Offer Price as submitted.
