SHORT DESCRIPTION: 60-Day SCED Disclosure Report corrections for 02/03/2026 and 02/04/2026 postings

LONG DESCRIPTION: ERCOT discovered an issue with two output files within the NP3-965-ER 60-Day Security-Constrained Economic Dispatch (SCED) Disclosure Report (Rpt. ID 13052), posted to the ERCOT website for OD December 5, 2025. These issues were specific to the 60- Day SCED Qualified Scheduling Entity (QSE) Self- Arranged Ancillary Services (AS) and the 60- Day Energy Storage Resource (ESR) Data in SCED. While verifying and correcting the issue for one of the files, additional issues were identified affecting the corrected file set that was provided. Details on the specific issues with the output files and posting actions taken to correct the issues are described below. Please note that only the below- listed output file sets were affected. All other output files in the 60-Day SCED Disclosure Report zip bundle are complete and accurate.

60- Day SCED QSE Self- Arranged AS
This file originally posted on 02/03/2026 contained an incorrect data set which has since been corrected in an updated file posting that replaced the prior file.

The complete and accurate set of data for the SCED QSE Self- Arranged AS for OD 12/5/2025 can now be found in the following file and zip package:

60- Day ESR Data in SCED
While working to correct the above-described output file, it was reported that both the original posting and the above 'Correction' zip file package posted 02/03/2026 had incomplete data in the ESR Data in SCED output file, specific to the three new Real-Time Co-optimization Plus Batteries (RTC+B)- required data elements related to State of Charge (SOC). While ERCOT works to resolve this issue in the production environment, ERCOT is manually adjusting the output files to provide the complete data set.

On 02/04/2026, ERCOT posted a supplemental file with the missing data elements as a standalone to replace the ESR Data in SCED output file provided in the 02/03/2026 'Correction' posting.

On 02/04/2026, ERCOT also posted the expected daily posting for the 02/04/2026 60 -Day SCED Disclosure reports containing all output files, including the ESR Data in SCED output file that was manually modified to contain the missing data elements:

After posting both sets of files on 02/04/2026 (the supplemental and the daily), it was discovered that the program used to manually curate the datasets for both file postings did not adhere to the column structure or order provided in the ERCOT Disclosure Reports Column Definitions Guide v2.2. To resolve this, ERCOT has removed the initial supplemental posting and has provided the ESR Data in SCED for both 02/03/2026 and 02/04/2026 in a new SUPPLEMENTAL CORRECTION file which contains the missing data elements in the correct order and structure.

• PLEASE NOTE: The 60d_ESR_Data_in_SCED-04-FEB-26.csv within this zip has inaccurate column order and structure and may cause issues/errors with loading.
• Correct zip package: 60_Day_SCED_ESR_SUPPLEMENTAL_CORRECTION.zip containing:
• Correct file: 60d_ESR_Data_in_SCED-03-FEB-26_SUPPLEMENTAL_CORRECTION.csv
• Correct file: 60d_ESR_Data_in_SCED-04-FEB-26_SUPPLEMENTAL_CORRECTION.csv

All files posted on 02/05/2026 and going forward contain the full and accurate data sets in the correct column order. All other non-mentioned output files in the existing 60- Day SCED Disclosure zip bundles remain complete and accurate.

Please note that the 60-Day SCED Disclosure Report may post later than expected throughout this week to support manual validations while a permanent fix is being implemented. Additionally, availability of this file set through the ERCOT Public Data Portal may be delayed due to the file correction activities.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: If you downloaded the original report, delete it and download the corrected version. The incorrect reports have been removed from the ERCOT website.
