SHORT DESCRIPTION: RIOO - SCR828 DUNS Limit Increase Release

INTENDED AUDIENCE: User Security Administrators (USAs), Resource Entities

DAYS AFFECTED: December 16, 2025, 5pm - 6:30pm

LONG DESCRIPTION: The Resource Integration and Ongoing Operations (RIOO) system will be unavailable on December 16, 2025, after hours from 5:00 to 6:30 PM to release System Change Request (SCR) 828-DUNS limit increase changes. This SCR removes the limit on the number of DUNS permitted for an email address with RIOORS_M_OPERATOR role within the Resource Integration and Ongoing Operations (RIOO) system.  

The generated Auth token previously had a limit of 22 DUNS per email address, and this limit has been removed with the SCR828 implementation. No changes are being made to the RIOO Sign up process of Market Participants (TSP and RE) users. Market Users should continue to have their USA add, remove or update RIOO roles in MPIM system and this will automatically update RIOO to provide necessary access for the User.
