LONG DESCRIPTION: ERCOT is making a pre-release draft version of the Report on Capacity, Demand and Reserves in the ERCOT Region (CDR) available for review and comment before the official release on December 19, 2025. The review-comment period is from December 9 through close of business on December 17, 2025. The Excel Workbook version of the CDR is posted under the "Key Document" section of the November 21, Supply Analysis Working Group (SAWG) meeting webpage.  Written comments should be sent to Pete Warnken via email at Pete.Warnken@ercot.com.

The purpose of sending a pre-release draft for review is to help improve the quality of the final product, and also to enhance transparency of the data and associated processing steps. To that end, the CDR includes several additional tabs with detailed source data and processing tables to support calculations.

ACTION REQUIRED: Comments on the CDR pre-release draft are due no later than close of business December 17, 2025.
