LONG DESCRIPTION: With the impending holiday season, ERCOT would like to remind Market Participants that ERCOT's conflict of interest Corporate Standard provides that ERCOT employees may not accept gifts from Market Participants. ERCOT would greatly appreciate Market Participants refraining from sending any seasonal gifts to ERCOT or any ERCOT employee, as ERCOT may be obliged to return, donate, or discard any gifts in order to comply with the Corporate Standard.

ERCOT appreciates your understanding and wishes all Market Participants a safe and joyous holiday season.
