SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Counter-Party quarterly unaudited financial statements due by November 30, 2026

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  Counter-Party Financial Personnel

LONG DESCRIPTION: ERCOT Protocols Section 16.11.5(1) requires all Counter-Parties to provide their own or their Ultimate Parent's quarterly unaudited financial statements not later than 60 days after the close of each of the issuer's fiscal quarters.  If the Ultimate Parent is foreign and rated by a rating agency acceptable to ERCOT, the quarterly unaudited financial statements are due 90 days after close of the issuer's fiscal quarters.

ACTION REQUIRED:  Counter-Parties/Ultimate Parent whose third quarter ended on September 30, 2026 must submit quarterly unaudited financial statements to ERCOT by November 30, 2026.

Counter-Party or Ultimate Parent financial statements that are publicly available electronically need not be provided to ERCOT.
