LONG DESCRIPTION: The Resource Integration and Ongoing Operations (RIOO) system will be unavailable on October 30, 2025, after hours from 5:00 to 6:00 PM to release NOGRR245 changes. New panels are being introduced to support voltage ride-through (VRT), frequency ride-through (FRT), and IEEE 2800-2022 capability and performance requirements established by Nodal Operating Guide Revision Request (NOGRR) 245. These panels will be required for both operational and generation resources in the GIM queue.
