SHORT DESCRIPTION: Error Identified in Settlement System for Settlement-Only Generators

INTENDED AUDIENCE: Resource Entities, Qualified Scheduling Entities

DAYS AFFECTED: October 21, 2025 through October 10, 2026

LONG DESCRIPTION: ERCOT has identified 6 Settlement-Only generator sites that have received Zonal pricing instead of Nodal pricing as defined in Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) 917, Nodal Pricing for Settlement Only Distribution Generators (SODGs) and Settlement Only Transmission Generators (SOTGs). 

ERCOT corrected the issue on October 11, 2026. Operating Dates beginning on April 25, 2026 through October 10, 2026, will be corrected on the next scheduled Settlement run. ERCOT is investigating whether the impacted Operating Days from October 21, 2025 through April 24, 2026 will meet the resettlement threshold as specified in paragraph (2) of Section 9.5.6, RTM Resettlement Statement. ERCOT will send a follow-up Market Notice with its findings.
