SHORT DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT has elected to opt out of conducting a reliability analysis for HEN Infrastructure LLC (COYOTSPR_ESR1)

INTENDED AUDIENCE: ERCOT Market Participants

DAY AFFECTED: March 7, 2027

LONG DESCRIPTION: On October 8, 2026, ERCOT received a Notification of Suspension of Operations (NSO) for the following Resource:

• HEN Infrastructure LLC (COYOTSPR_ESR1)

The NSO indicated that the Resource will indefinitely suspend operation as of March 7, 2027. 

The Resource has a summer seasonal net max sustainable rating less than 20 MW. Pursuant to ERCOT Protocols Section 3.14.1.2(3), after consultation with affected Transmission Service Provider(s) (TSP(s)), ERCOT has elected to opt out of conducting a reliability analysis.
