SHORT DESCRIPTION: Notification of Suspension of Operations (NSO) for HEN Infrastructure LLC (COYOTSPR_ESR1)

INTENDED AUDIENCE: ERCOT Market Participants

DAY AFFECTED: Comments Due October 29, 2026  

LONG DESCRIPTION: On October 8, 2026, ERCOT received an NSO for the following Resource:

•    HEN Infrastructure LLC (COYOTSPR_ESR1)

The NSO indicates that, as of March 7, 2027, HEN Infrastructure, LLC will indefinitely suspend operation (i.e., mothball) of the Resource. The NSO further indicates that the Resource has a Summer Seasonal Net Max Sustainable Rating of 9.9 MW and a Summer Seasonal Net Minimum Sustainable Rating of 9.9 MW. 

Pursuant to ERCOT Protocol section 3.14.1.2(1), ERCOT has posted the NSO on the ERCOT website, where NSOs may be accessed.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Please send any comments you may have regarding the NSO to RMRcomments@ercot.com, with "HEN Infrastructure LLC (COYOTSPR_ESR1) NSO" in the subject line.  Comments are due no later than October 29, 2026. All comments will be posted to the Generation page of the MIS Secure Area.
