LONG DESCRIPTION: On November 1, 2026, Nodal Operating Guide language associated with Nodal Operating Guide Revision Request (NOGRR) 226, Addition of Supplemental UFLS Stages; and NOGRR247, Change UFLS Stages and Load Relief Amounts, will be implemented.

NOGRR226 and NOGRR247 include new anti-stall Under-Frequency Load Shed (UFLS) stages and expand UFLS from three standard stages to five.
