SHORT DESCRIPTION: Implementation Details of NOGRR226, Addition of Supplemental UFLS Stages, and NOGRR247, Change UFLS Stages and Load Relief Amounts

DAYS AFFECTED: November 1, 2026

LONG DESCRIPTION: On November 1, 2026, Nodal Operating Guide language associated with Nodal Operating Guide Revision Request (NOGRR) 226, Addition of Supplemental UFLS Stages; and NOGRR247, Change UFLS Stages and Load Relief Amounts, will be implemented.

NOGRR226 and NOGRR247 include new anti-stall Under-Frequency Load Shed (UFLS) stages and expand UFLS from three standard stages to five .

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: In accordance with Nodal Operating Guide Section 1.3.5, Nodal Operating Guide Revision Implementation, ERCOT provides notice as soon as practicable, but no later than ten days prior to implementation.
