LONG DESCRIPTION: Transmission Service Providers (TSPs) currently have the ability to import Outages as part of their studies in SOTE. ERCOT has updated the SOTE Outage Studies document to address known challenges where Outage highlighting on the WebFG displays on the SOTE did not show as intended.
