SHORT DESCRIPTION: ERCOT requests participants for user testing on website redesign project

INTENDED AUDIENCE: All Market Participants

DAYS AFFECTED: User testing to be conducted in Fall of 2026 and Winter of 2026-27

LONG DESCRIPTION: ERCOT is redesigning its website (ercot.com) and seeking Market Participants and members of the public willing to provide user testing. Participants will be contacted to provide feedback on new navigational elements, site searches, dashboards, and more prior to the redesigned website's release. Feedback will be collected via surveys and user testing sessions that can be completed at a time convenient for each participant.

ACTION REQUIRED: Complete the ERCOT Website Redesign User Testing form to be added to the user testing participant list.
