SHORT DESCRIPTION: Data issues with Settlement Extracts

DAYS AFFECTED: Operating Dates August 6, 2025 - August 11, 2025

LONG DESCRIPTION: ERCOT was notified of an issue regarding incorrect data being included in the Day-Ahead Market Market Operating Day Extract (DAM MODE) and the Settlements Input Data Extract (SID). The extracts were posted with duplicate UIDMKTINPUTNTERVAL values associated to two distinct MKTINPUTHEADER values in the MKTINPUTINTERVAL and MKTINPUTSTATUS output files for Settlement postings for operating dates August 6, 2025 - August 11, 2025. Known impacted extracts are as follows:

• Day-Ahead Market Market Operating Day Extract | COMS-800 | Rpt ID 11111
• Settlements Input Data Extract | NP12-753 | Rpt ID 11133

ERCOT has resolved the issue starting Operating Day August 12, 2025, and is in the process of investigating any potential settlement impacts related to this issue as well as if any other extracts were impacted. ERCOT will issue another Market Notice once that investigation is complete.
