SHORT DESCRIPTION: Delayed Issuance of Batch Zero Conditional Classifications

INTENDED AUDIENCE: Interconnecting Large Load Entities, Transmission and/or Distribution Service Providers, and all other Market Participants

DAYS AFFECTED: August 31, 2026

LONG DESCRIPTION: In Market Notice M-A080326-02, ERCOT indicated that it planned to notify Interconnecting Distribution Service Providers and Interconnecting Transmission Service Providers of each Large Load's conditional classification by August 31, 2026, as authorized by the Public Utility Commission of Texas's (PUCT) August 20, 2026 order granting ERCOT's good cause exception. 

ERCOT requires additional time to complete its data validation and due diligence processes.  ERCOT is delaying the release of this information until later this week.  ERCOT will issue a Market Notice after it has provided the conditional classification information to Interconnecting Distribution Service Providers and Interconnecting Transmission Service Providers.
