SHORT DESCRIPTION: RFP for NWS ERS-30 and NWS ERS-10 for the SCT of October 1, 2025, through November 30, 2025

INTENDED AUDIENCE: Qualified Scheduling Entities (QSEs)

DAYS AFFECTED: September 5, 2025; September 15, 2025

LONG DESCRIPTION: ERCOT has issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Emergency Response Service (ERS) for the Standard Contract Term (SCT) of October 1, 2025, through November 30, 2025. This RFP seeks participants for Non-Weather-Sensitive ERS-30 (NWS ERS-30) and Non-Weather-Sensitive ERS-10 (NWS ERS-10).

ERS Resource Identification (ERID) information is due to ERCOT no later than September 5, 2025. Competitive Offers and Self-Provision Offers are due September 15, 2025.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: ERCOT will communicate awarded offers to QSEs no later than September 22, 2025. An ERS Procurement Summary will be posted to the ERCOT Market Information System (MIS) prior to the start of the SCT.
