SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Updated Sources/Sinks files for 2028.1st6.Seq4 CRR Auction to remove islanded node HOLZ_SLR_RN and erroneous inclusion of HOLZ_SLR_RN in 2027.2nd6.Seq3

LONG DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT has updated the Sources and Sinks files for the 2028.1st6.AnnualAuction.Seq4 Congestion Revenue Right (CRR) Auction Network Model to remove the HOLZ_SLR_RN Settlement Point for all six (6) months of the auction period. The updated files are available for download in the CRR Market User Interface (MUI). The HOLZ_SLR_RN Resource Node is islanded/disconnected from the main ERCOT island and should not be biddable in the auction.

Additionally, HOLZ_SLR_RN was erroneously included as a biddable settlement point in the 2027.2nd6.AnnualAuction.Seq3 although it was islanded/disconnected from the main ERCOT island. Auction results are valid and were published for the 2027.2nd6.AnnualAuction.Seq3 on July 9, 2026. No awards were made on HOLZ_SLR_RN for the 2027.2nd6.AnnualAuction.Seq3, and all published shadow prices were $0.00. Due to the islanded/disconnected status of HOLZ_SLR_RN, the shadow prices for HOLZ_SLR_RN in the 2027.2nd6.AnnualAuction.Seq3 should have been null instead of $0.00 for historical pricing reference.
