SHORT DESCRIPTION: Granted Settlement Disputes to be included in Real-Time Market (RTM) Resettlement Settlements for Operating Days (ODs) October 25, 2024, October 26, 2024, and October 27, 2024

DAYS AFFECTED: ODs between September 16, 2024 and October 27, 2024
LONG DESCRIPTION: ERCOT has granted Settlement disputes involving a Qualified Scheduling Entity (QSE) for certain ODs between September 16, 2024 and October 27, 2024 due to missing Real-time Price for the Energy Metered for each Settlement Only Distribution Generator (SODG) or Settlement Only Transmission Generator (SOTG) (RTESOGPR) as a result of an incomplete meter setup in the ERCOT network model. ERCOT has determined that the QSE is eligible for Real-Time Energy for SODG and SOTG Site Amount (RTESOGAMT) adjustments as provided in ERCOT Protocol Section 6.6.3.8, Real-Time Payment or Charge for Energy from a Settlement Only Distribution Generator or a Settlement Only Transmission Generator. ERCOT will issue the adjustments in the RTM Resettlement Statements for the following ODs:

- September 20, 2024
- October 3, 2024
- October 9, 2024
- October 10, 2024
- October 25, 2024
- October 26, 2024
- October 27, 2024
