SHORT DESCRIPTION: Update to reminder email format for Wide Area Network (WAN), Electric Reliability Organization (ERO), and Weatherization Inspection Fee invoices

INTENDED AUDIENCE: Market Participants with an executed ERCOT WAN Agreement; QSEs representing Load; Resource Entities; Transmission Service Providers

DAYS AFFECTED: June 25, 2026

LONG DESCRIPTION: ERCOT has revised its reminder email process for overdue WAN, ERO, and Weatherization Inspection Fee invoices. Emails from ERCOT Credit will now list all outstanding invoices and amounts in an attachment. Notices will be sent to Authorized Representatives, Backup Authorized Representatives, Accounts Payable contacts, and Backup Accounts Payable contacts. Although the email format may appear different, the email remains a valid reminder.
