SHORT DESCRIPTION: Notification of Miscellaneous Invoices (True-Up Settlement) for the Service Agreement with Life Cycle Power

LONG DESCRIPTION: ERCOT will issue Miscellaneous Invoices for billable costs associated with the Standby Payment of the Execution of Emergency Generation Service Agreement with Life Cycle Power to reflect actual costs and adjustments to HLRS (Hourly Load-Ratio Share) as calculated in the True-Up Settlement runs for Operating Days June 5, 2025 to July 1, 2025. Also included are the billable amounts based on the reconciliation of the Actual Eligible Costs of the Life Cycle resources.
ERCOT has posted Miscellaneous Invoices for the billable amounts for Operating Day July 1, 2025.
