SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Notification of Miscellaneous Invoices (Final Settlement) for the Standby Payment of the Execution of Emergency Generation Service Agreement with Life Cycle Power

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  QSEs

DAYS AFFECTED:  June 05, 2025 - June 30, 2025

LONG DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT will issue Miscellaneous Invoices for costs associated with the Standby Payment of the Execution of Emergency Generation Service Agreement with Life Cycle Power to reflect adjustments to HLRS (Hourly Load-Ratio Share) as calculated in the Final Settlement runs for Operating Days June 5, 2025 to July 1, 2025.  These costs reflect the Standby Payments made to the Life Cycle Power resources as noted in  M-A060525-01. ERCOT has posted Miscellaneous Invoices for the billable amounts based on the HLRS differences between the RTM Initial Settlements and RTM Final Settlements for Operating Days June 5, 2025 to June 30, 2025.

 A separate Miscellaneous Invoice will be issued for Operating Day July 1, 2025.

ACTION REQUIRED: Payments will be due to ERCOT on September 05, 2025.

Payout will be made to Invoice Recipients on September 08, 2025.
