SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Partial Implementation Details of NPRR1234/PGRR115, Interconnection Requirements for Large Loads and Modeling Standards for Loads 25 MW or Greater

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  All Market Participants

DAYS AFFECTED:  December 15, 2025

LONG DESCRIPTION:  On December 15, 2025, Protocol language associated with Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) 1234, Interconnection Requirements for Large Loads and Modeling Standards for Loads 25 MW or Greater, and Planning Guide language associated with Planning Guide Revision Request (PGRR) 115, Related to NPRR1234, Interconnection Requirements for Large Loads and Modeling Standards for Loads 25 MW or Greater, will be partially implemented. 

PGRR115 and the related NPRR1234 establish interconnection and modeling requirements for Large Loads.

Specifically, all Protocol language with the exception of the ERCOT Fee Schedule, and all Planning Guide language with the exception of Planning Guide Sections 5.2.10, 9.2.2(1)(e), and 9.2.2(3), will be implemented.

The remaining unimplemented portions of PGRR115 and NPRR1234 will be implemented at a later date. 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:  In accordance with Protocol Section 21.6, Nodal Protocol Revision Implementation, and Planning Guide Section 1.2.5, Planning Guide Revision Implementation, ERCOT provides notice as soon as practicable but no later than ten days prior to implementation.
