LONG DESCRIPTION: This is a reminder about the upcoming ERCOT workshop to review NPRR1265, Unregistered Distributed Generator (UDG), and associated implementation activities. NPRR1265 establishes a definition for Unregistered Distributed Generators (1 MW or less.) and introduces new reporting requirements for TSPs and DSPs to support improved system modeling and reliability. ERCOT strongly encourages all TSPs and DSPs to attend the workshop to learn about the new processes being implemented to facilitate the mandatory reporting of UDG information.

PURPOSE:

The purpose of this workshop is to:

• Provide an overview of NPRR1265 requirements
• Review UDG reporting expectations and data elements
• Discuss implementation approach and timeline
• Obtain stakeholder feedback

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: NPRR1265 revises Protocols Section 3.2.5 and related sections to implement UDG reporting requirements.
