SHORT DESCRIPTION: Resolved - Digital Certificate Renewal Reminder email notification issue is resolved.

INTENDED AUDIENCE: User Security Administrators (USAs)

DAYS AFFECTED: April 16 to April 20

LONG DESCRIPTION: ERCOT's vendor has successfully resolved the recent certificate renewal email notification issue. Users will now begin receiving their automatic certificate renewal notification emails. These notifications should be used as a prompt to renew any certificates prior to expiration.

ACTION REQUIRED: As notification delivery stabilizes, some users, including those who did not receive notifications within the past 30 days, may receive duplicate emails. Disregard any duplicate notification emails especially if your certificates have already been renewed.

USAs, if you require assistance with renewing digital certificates, please send a request to mpimdigitalcertadmin@ercot.com.
