SHORT DESCRIPTION: Digital Certificate Renewal Reminder email notification issues

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  User Security Administrators (USAs)

DAYS AFFECTED: April 16,2026 - Ongoing

LONG DESCRIPTION: ERCOT has discovered that some users did not receive the Digital Certificate renewal reminder email notifications. ERCOT is currently working with the vendor's technical support to resolve the issue as quickly as possible

ACTION REQUIRED: We request you to use this direct URL https://mis.ercot.com/edcws/edcUserRenew to renew your certificate if you are aware that your certificate is going to expire within 30 days and have not received the reminder notifications.

USAs, please run a report to identify all digital certificates, including those associated with APIs, that are set to expire within the next 30 days. For any certificates nearing expiration, provide the corresponding renewal URL so they can be renewed in a timely manner.

Any digital certificates that have already expired will need to be reissued.
