SHORT DESCRIPTION: Stale values for Generation and Constraint Shift Factor Data used in the Real-Time Market

DAYS AFFECTED: March 10, 2026, 22:05 - 22:15

LONG DESCRIPTION: On Operating Day (OD) March 10, 2026 between 22:05 and 22:15, database latency caused ERCOT's Security Constrained Economic Dispatch (SCED) to run on stale generation and shift factor data from the Energy Management System (EMS). SCED runs from 22:20 onward used the correct EMS data.

ERCOT cannot correct prices for OD March 10, 2026, because the input data needed to recalculate the affected SCED results cannot be accurately recreated.
