SHORT DESCRIPTION: 60-Day SCED Disclosure Report: Missing Telemetered Ancillary Service Capability data for RRS

DAYS AFFECTED: Operating Day (OD) December 5, 2025 - December 20, 2025

LONG DESCRIPTION: ERCOT discovered an issue with three output files within the NP3-965-ER 60-Day Security-Constrained Economic Dispatch (SCED) Disclosure Report (Rpt. ID 13052), posted to the ERCOT website for OD December 5, 2025 through OD December 20, 2025. These issues were specific to the 60- Day Load Resources Data in SCED, the 60- Day Generation Resources Data in SCED, and the 60- Day Energy Storage Resource (ESR) Data in SCED.

All three above listed output files are missing the Responsive Reserve Service (RRS) sub-type breakout for telemetered Ancillary Service capabilities. The following columns for Primary Frequency Response (RRSPF), Fast Frequency Response (RRSFF), and Under-Frequency Relay (RRSUF) will be added to the applicable reports.

• 60-Day Load Resource Data in SCED: AS Capability RRSPF, AS Capability RRSFF, AS Capability RRSUF
• 60-Day Generation Resource Data in SCED: AS Capability RRSPF, AS Capability RRSFF
• 60-Day ESR Data in SCED: AS Capability RRSPF, AS Capability RRSFF

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: As of February 19, 2026, all posted files will contain the missing sets of data. A supplemental file will be created for the missed Operating Dates and posting details for that file will be provided in a follow-up Market Notice.
