LONG DESCRIPTION: This is an update to the Market Notice issued on January 22, 2026 (Market Notice M-A012226-01), regarding Microsoft 365 issues preventing the ERCOT Credit Department from receiving emails.
Outlook functionality has been restored and previously sent emails have been received. ERCOT staff has reviewed and captured Financial Assurance in the ERCOT credit system. Corrected values should be reflected in the latest published ACL (Available Credit Limit) Summary Report on MIS. There is no need to re-send any Financial Assurance as previously requested unless the ACL Summary Report is incorrect.
Please monitor your Credit Monitoring and Management Reports and notify ERCOT Credit Department of any missing Financial Assurance by sending an email to ercotcredit@ercot.com. ERCOT Credit staff can also be reached at the following phone numbers: 512-983-4863, 830-734-2352, and 832-212-1800.
